Vancouver, WA April 10, 2009 - Interconnect Devices, Inc. (IDI) has completed the acquisition of Antares Advanced Test Technologies’ package test assets. The transaction closed on April 3, 2009.

IDI President and CEO, Mike Kirkman adds, “IDI welcomes the technology and talented staff of Antares’ Package Test group to our growing corporation.” Kirkman concludes, “We have taken extensive measures to ensure that our agreement will allow us to provide a seamless transition to Antares’ customers. The addition of the Antares product line combined with the manufacturing facilities in Suzhou, China and Gilbert, AZ will allow the combined company to provide our customers with even greater depth of technological advancement while continuing our legacy of superior product performance and customer service.”

IDI will continue to use the ‘Antares’ name to describe the Package Test product line, while Antares Advance Test Technologies will become WELLS-CTI. WELLS-CTI will continue to provide burn-in sockets, thermal solutions, change kits, and receptacles to its valued customers out of its California, Arizona and Japan locations.
