The Mobile Manipulator™ was introduced at SEMICON West in 2002, its first entry into the market for test floor manipulators. Focusing specifically on supporting the new, small and lightweight test heads that have recently been introduced, the Mobile Manipulator breaks the traditionally rigid test floor paradigm: now, handlers and probers don't have to be moved to the testers - the testers can move wherever they're needed.
