Measure your socket's contact resistance using this PC compatible, lightweight, measuring tool. CR Tester will allow you to identify contact resistance opens and locations of open high resistance contact locations within your socket array. Localized pin-point inspection can be conducted using the handheld probe which is provided with every system.
