Steven Strauss - VP/GM Test Interface Division - was a 23 year veteran of test technology development at Intel Corporation. Most recently as the Director of the Intel Test Operation responsible for developing test solutions for Intel logic and memory products.
John Hartstein - EVP of Sales and Marketing. Significant operational and sales experience in the socket industry through management roles in both Wells and WELLS-CTI. Lead domestic and international sales teams as well as direct relationships with customers.
Robert G. Schmelzer - Vice President and General Manager of the Antares Advanced Test Technologies Phoenix Operation. Previous experience includes, VP of Tyco Electronics and senior administration management with Air Products & Chemicals, Inc, Penwest, Ltd. and PA Power and Light.
Tsutomu Kobayashi - President of Antares Advanced Test Technologies, JAPAN, has more than 20 years experience in the socket and connector industry through management roles in Wells-CTI and others, he has lead the group in Japan for more than 5 years.
Derek Bowers - President, Founder of DB Design in 1989. Over 23 years electro-mechanical design and management experience with companies such as Foxboro ICT, Sensym and Intelmatic.
James A. Forster, PhD - Chief Technical Officer for Antares Advanced Test Technologies.
Previous experience includes 20 years in a variety of management positions dealing with product research and development at Texas Instruments Sensors and Controls Group. James has authored more than 25 technical publications including several on the challenges of burn-in sockets and is a holder of 18 U.S. patents. Dr. Forster earned his B.Sc (Hons) in mechanical engineering at UMIST -The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He earned his masters and doctorate at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
